Katie Ross began her career in the financial planning industry in 2019 during her university placement year. After completing her degree, she gained valuable experience at two other advice firms, where she built her knowledge and developed strong client relationships.

She has since achieved her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, along with certificates in equity release and advanced mortgages. In early 2025, Katie joined MLP Wealth as a Financial Adviser with six years of industry experience, and now also runs the firm’s Will Writing and Lasting Powers of Attorney service, becoming an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Katie is a keen runner and has completed both the London and Paris Marathons. She also enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
